When I tried to return an item that was unused, unopened, new-in-box he suspected me of stealing both the item and my debit card the funds were to be refunded to. I had an original receipt, the card and my ID to prove my identity, and only after all that did he relax about the issue. Guilty until proven innocent I guess.
