I had a PC that wasn't charging and took my machine in to see if was the battery or the cord...and ordered a new cord. A and D said the machine was ruined and took 3 weeks to get it back to me. He charged me $200 and I then took it to another shop who said there was NOTHING wrong with it, that it was a bad cord. I gave Doug the owner several opportunties to make it right, he didn't respond.
