- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 05, 2019, by West Coasterwell over a month ago, i contacted their office to schedule an estimate for a small kitchen remodel. i advised them it would be best to reach me by email .. nothing happened for about 2 weeks .. then Laura called and apologized and explained that they were changing computer equipment and they were running into problems. we then set up a time for 3 weeks down the line since they were really busy and our home visit/evaluation was set up for Oct 9th at 9:30. nobody called, no one showed up - nothing happened. they seem to have good reviews online, I don't know why we were treated with such disrespect.
