  Recently I have had a pretty intense life moment that I wanted to commemorate or validate you could say. Weird, perhaps— but enough about me. Upon entering the shop, we were welcomed and asked what we might be looking for. I explained that I was looking for a one-off sweatshirt with some text screen printed (heat-transferred??) on the front. Although they were quite busy, he felt the urgency, and made phone calls to his designers to see if they could sqeeze my request in. Somehow they made it happen. I could not be more grateful. Now, with a general “set” turnaround time, the kindness of fitting my request in w/ such care and precision; unbelievable. Probably, not always an option for them..I would not request that rush again, but I could not recommend this screen printing shop more. There is nowhere else I will go and further, I am working to get my workplace to switch to using their services moving forward.
