  I have worked with Global Security for 10 years as a builder we have partnered with Global Security to provide our clients with low voltage wiring, security systems and more. I have also had Global Security in my personal home and have found them to not only be competitive with the national security and alarm companies but since they are a local company the personal touch they provide to us and our clients speaks volumes. If we decide to change our internet service or our tv provider we are not restrained in any way or forced to change our security provider as well. I always point out try and stay with a local company!

  Global Security called my place of business on a solicitation call and was pushy and rude. The person from Global Security, said they were around the Salem area and wanted to set an appointment to compare their services with the company we have been doing business with for over 30 years and I'm extremely satisfied with. I tried to tell the salesperson that we are happy with and company we are with and do not want to change. The guy could not take "No" for an answer, popped off a couple of rude comments, so I hung up on him. The guy was arrogant and needs to go back to customer service school. Action Technology out of Portland, Oregon is our alarm company and has had an "Impeccable" service record with us for over 30 years. We are 100% happy with the job they do and would refer anyone to them. Plus they are friendly, respectful, and just plain good people.
