  We were able to find what we wanted. When we asked about an tiem, where to find it, we were directed to the correct aisle. Self-check worked easily although there were available checkout stands with minimal lines.

  Went to the store with measurements for a refrigerator and the appliance representative orders me a fridge (online) - had to wait a week and it comes and is way too big (I asked the rep in the first place if it was too big and he said no)...I had to refuse and reorder. In order for me to reorder I had to spend 30 minutes in the store getting the refund. Then I go back to reorder (after knowing exactly which one I needed) and no one is there to help, even after being paged 2x. By then I just left the store and ordered it myself online. It took another week to get here, then it’s damaged. All caved in on both sides. So I had to refuse a second time. Now I have to wait another week to get a new one. I am so frustrated with Home Depot and always loved this store. It’s the last time I spend money here. I’ve been without a fridge for almost 3 weeks and have had to eat out or go buy food every day to cook. I took the day off from work to be here for delivery both times. And now I have to do it a 3rd time. If the next one isn’t right, I will be canceling and going to Lowe’s. Though the customer service has been nice, they send me to this person and that person, no one did anything to try to expedite the delivery in which I feel they should have at least done. I need more for my home and I’ll be going somewhere else for sure.
