  I had called and talked with the corporate headquarters. Trudy was very helpful and after listening to my needs, suggested a couple of different models to try. She emailed me a wish list and a note for free delivery. We went to the Sleep Train location at SE 164th in Vancouver, WA and Timothy, the sales person was amazing. He took all of the time we needed and narrowed the firmness types to three. Once we had that determined, he showed us the mattresses he thought would work the best for our needs. He nailed it. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

  We were very appreciative of the great customer service we experienced at Mattress Firm. We were looking to try their store brand of foam mattress (Tulo), and upon entrance to the store were promptly greeted and shown exactly what we were looking for, as well as some other affordable options at our request. We asked honest questions and were given very honest answers about mattress life, comfort and more, and we made a purchase that day, with which we are very pleased thus far.
