  I went in to print valentine cards, unaware of the new policy on copyright added, as I have done this before, not for my profit, but for school valentines. The guy working there flipped his lid, raised his voice, and was making my young child cry and I was trying to lipread to figure out what was the problem. He kept saying, 'We can't do it! We can't print them!' I asked him to write what he was saying down on a piece of paper and that seemed to irritate him. I am deaf, and can speak very well, but have problems trying to keep track of what was being said to me via the attitude I recieved from him. And I had my own photos I already had resized for printing, turned out too big on their computer. He said it would cost me $19.99 just to resize. No thanks. Went to a different printing place, and there they explained the copyright thing and gave me a brochure which helped me a lot. And they helped with the resizing, at no cost to me, and I paid under $1 for what I needed. Sucks about the copyright even though I had permission to print, would have been much helpful if the store provided brochures and friendly employees working with customers.
