  They take in brand items and its all I buy and when i outwear it and wanna sell it they either take $1 for some of them or dont take them cause they have too many. Im not gonna accept $1 for my items i paid 20 or over for when you will sell it for much more and at least with goodwill they will give me a donation card for taxes.

  I've been here several times to sell - generally I don't purchase clothing although I have in the past. Staff are generally friendly and store is clean. The most disappointing aspect of the experience is the wait time when selling. My last few visits the staff overpromised on the wait time but underdelivered in the neighbor of 45 minutes to an hour. Today was especially a bummer as when I arrived, they quoted 1.5 hours (already quite long). I ran some errands and came back after that amount of time to be told they'd need another 45 to an hour. I let them know I understand they're busy but if there's an exception to be made given I have dinner plans, or if I could pick up tomorrow, I would be grateful. Answer was no. No flexibility. Definitely the last straw for me.
