- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★June 16, 2020, by Jimmy LinBrian came out to perform routine maintenance on one of my fireplaces; really took his time and paid great attention to detail, as well as answered all my novice questions patiently and thoroughly. He cleaned the fireplace glass so well it was transparent after he was done with it. He discovered a leaking hose and fixed that, as well as checked all the usual components and recommended the necessary remedies. He also ended up maintaining another fireplace during the same visit. It was a delight working with someone so friendly and obviously professional. We will be having Tri-Tech service our fireplaces regularly from here on out. Always glad to support a local business!

Repeat visits are typically required in order to get the job done right and then they insist you confirm to their schedule. Their prices are high and customer service is awful.
