  Based on these photos alone, I will no longer be buying any groceries at this store. I took these photos in the dairy aisle on 3/9/18. I reported this online to Wal-Mart, and received a phone call from the assistant manager of this store this morning. She said she had "taken care of the problem" by installing a plastic barrier. She did not seem to agree that meat and dairy do not belong in the same cold case at all, and when asked whether the cheese in this photo had been thrown out, she got very defensive and refused to answer. I then talked to the Clark County Health Department. The inspector there was quite a bit more interested in these photos than the Wal-Mart manager. I will add that cross-contamination kills 3,000 Americans each year, and puts more than 100,000 in the hospital. This photo is a textbook example of cross-contamination.
